Our Skills Coaches will deliver a blended approach to learning and coaching providing all the resources your employee needs. Our intuitive e-portfolio and learner management platform will enable apprentices and managers to access their work anytime and anywhere to fit around their working life. Skills Coaches will deliver learning, provide coaching and programme resources to develop candidate’s skills, knowledge and behaviours.

We specialise in two Recruitment Apprenticeships:

Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer – Perfect for employers wanting to hire in-house recruitment talent. A Recruitment Resourcer may be employed in any organisation that requires a recruitment function internally or externally. Their role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function.

Level 3 Recruitment Consultant – Perfect for recruitment agencies wanting enhance their workforce. A Recruitment Consultant is predominantly employed within the recruitment sector and interfaces externally. Their role is to identify and secure job opportunities within client organisations. They attract candidates and successfully place them in those jobs in return for a fee. A Recruitment Consultant may focus on the supply of flexible workers, permanent placements or a combination of both.

Sound good? Now imagine that Recruitment Apprentice delivering a significant return on minimal investment. Businesses earning £3m+ can access the Apprenticeship Levy to fund the apprentice, whilst smaller organisations can utilise co-investment to claim 95% of the total cost.

The government apprenticeship levy is a tax paid by employers. It is then stored in a fund which can be accessed to help pay for apprenticeship training costs.

  • It applies to those with a payroll of more than £3 million
  • It is used to fund apprenticeship training
  • The levy is charged at 0.5% of an employer’s total payroll
  • It is collected monthly through PAYE
