This qualification prepares you for a career as a barber and is based on barbering National Occupational Standards (NOS), which is recognised by the UK’s leading barbering association (British Barbering Association – BBA).

Are you eligible?

  • Aged 19+
  • Must be a resident of the Liverpool City Region
  • If unemployed must be in receipt of state benefits (UC/JSA/ESA/Income Support)
  • If employed must be in receipt of low wages (lower than £33,958.60 and able to evidence this)
