What is the training opportunity?

Complete a 10 day Digital Contact Centre Skills training course and learn all of the skills you need to gain employment in a work from home job.

We have partnerships with a number of reputable employers and will connect you with a guaranteed interview for a home-working role. We’ll even give you employability coaching to give you the best possible chance of being successful in your interview.

What is the end outcome?

After completing a short skills course and achieving your L1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre Operations our team will help you prepare for a guaranteed interview to work remotely in a customer service role.
