Our experienced trainers will help you collect the data needed to excel in your future in just 10 days! Expand your employability skills for the digital age by gaining the skills from our Introduction to working in a digital contact centre course. This fully funded training will introduce you to staying safe online when using online platforms. With a strong focus on cybercrime, you will develop the knowledge and skills to understand routine protective methods used to maintain cyber security including the principles of vulnerability, penetration testing and user access control. You will gain the knowledge and skills required to perform the initial set-up of given digital devices, followed by an understanding of device security, troubleshooting and data storage.

Customer service has been taken from face-to-face contact to online. By gaining this qualification, you’ll develop your employability skills for this in demand sector!

Successful learners will have a guaranteed interview with one of of our brilliant employer partners, such as Aspire / Direct Affinity / Auger / EE.

As well as working towards your Level 1 qualification in Digital Contact Centre Operations, this course will also cover:

  • Basic use of digital devices/systems
  • Digital presence, awareness, and safety
  • Provide contact centre customer service
  • Behaviour and Standards at Work
  • Problem solving
  • Succeed at an interview

You will work towards gaining a Level 1 qualification in Digital Contact Centre Operations and complete a short skills course.

After completing a short skills course and achieving your Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre Operations, our team will help you prepare for a guaranteed interview with Aspire / Direct Affinity / Auger / EE.

 

Are you eligible?

  • Aged 19+
  • Must be a resident of the Liverpool City Region
  • If unemployed must be in receipt of state benefits (UC/JSA/ESA/Income Support)
  • If employed must be in receipt of low wages (lower than £33,958.60 and able to evidence this)
  • Basic IT skills essential
