We have an exciting opportunity for you to potentially land a job working at the blue side of Stanley Park!

Our fully funded hospitality and customer service course will equip you for success in working at Goodison Park or the new Everton Stadium.

In just 10 days, our expert trainers will serve you with essential knowledge and support, as you gain customer service skills to aid you in Hospitality and Customer service roles, making you an ideal candidate for roles such as a Matchday Steward.

What will I learn?

You’ll be working towards your NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality Qualification. The course will cover the topics as units:

Principles of Customer Service in the Hospitality Sector
Understand Effective Teamwork in the Hospitality Sector
Understand Professional Personal Standards in the Hospitality Sector
Understand Legislation and Guidance Relevant to the Hospitality Sector

What is the end outcome?

You’ll receive your Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality Qualification upon your successful completion of this course.

You’ll also be offered a job interview in a hospitality role working at the home of the Blues!

Am I guaranteed a job at the end?

Upon successful completion of the training, we will help you prepare for a guaranteed job interview with the Blues for one of their live customer service roles.

Are you eligible?

Aged 19+
Must be a resident of the Liverpool City Region
If unemployed must be in receipt of state benefits (UC/JSA/ESA/Income Support)
If employed must be earning less than £33,958.60
