About the Opportunity

This course developed to increase your understanding about cybercrime and the risks and effects it has on individuals and organisations.

Covering a variety of topics including protective methods used to maintain cyber security, hacking and accessing and shutting down or misusing websites, IT systems and networks , your complete your training as a cyber security super star.

What will I learn?

We are offering a Level 1 Award in Cyber Security.

Course content includes:

Routine protective methods used to maintain cyber security
The principles of vulnerability
Penetration testing and user access control,
Hacking/ accessing,
Shutting down or misusing websites, networks and IT systems
Email and internet fraud

Am I guaranteed a job at the end?

After completing the course and achieving your Level 1 Award in Cyber Security, you will have a guaranteed job interview with Teleperformance with the chance to secure yourself a role as a Customer Service and Claims Handler.

Job Description:

Handling inbound calls from customers wishing to make an insurance claim.
Support your customer through the process assisting with fresh claims, updates, general enquiries and perhaps cancelling policies if required.
By following set questions on your PC, you will talk your customer through a step by step process to determine the options available to them.

Shifts:

candidates must be fully flexible between Monday- Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday- Sunday 8am-8pm.

Are you eligible?

Aged 19+
Must be a resident of the Liverpool City Region
If unemployed must be in receipt of state benefits (UC/JSA/ESA/Income Support)
If employed must be in receipt of low wages (lower than £33,958.60)
