Your Qualification

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive your iCQ Level 4 Diploma certificate in Hospitality Management (RQF).

This qualification is ideal for aspiring leaders looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. You may be in a management team already and wish to develop your skills, or progress from a previous Level 3 qualification to a Level 4.

The course contents and qualification are relevant across the entire hospitality sector, meaning you can apply your expanded knowledge and skillsets to move into other industries. For example, from restaurant management to hotel management.

Advanced Learner Loan

This programme is funded through an Advanced Learner Loan, which you will apply for and repay in a similar way to a student loan.

The earliest you’ll start repaying the loan is April 2026, and you’ll only start repaying once your income is over £25,000 a year.

You pay back 9% of your earnings that go over the £25K threshold.

For example:

If you earn £30,000 per year that is around £2,500 per month.
£2,500 minus the £2,083 threshold is £417.
9% of £417 is £37.53, which is the amount you would pay back per month.

Unlike some of our Level 1 & 2 course offerings that come with job interviews upon completion, this Level 4 qualification is intended for those who are already employed full-time.

Our Hospitality Management programme is suitable for anyone already working in a hospitality environment.

This qualification is intended for those who work in a management team in a hospitality environment who wish to develop their skills.
