Working your way towards to your Team Leader Level 3

Invest in your people. Offer your colleagues practical career progression and the formal training they need to be an effective Team Leader or Supervisor. Or, if you’re interested in this apprenticeship for your own development, talk to your manager about getting you enrolled. Organisations can fund this training via their apprenticeship levy pot (if they have an annual salary bill over £3 million pounds). If your business doesn’t have a levy, they can still make a small contribution towards the costs (just 5% of the training) with the Government funding the rest!
This apprenticeship gives anyone the tools to move into a leadership role with confidence or develop on their existing knowledge and skills. By the end of their qualification, learners will be able to prove their prowess in managing projects, delivering operational plans, supporting & developing team members, and more.
Apprenticeships allow you to combine work and study by mixing on-the-job training with classroom learning. You’ll be employed to do a real job while studying for a formal qualification.
By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll hopefully have gained the skills and knowledge needed to either succeed in your chosen career or progress onto the next apprenticeship level. You’ll also be allowed a minimum of 6 hours off-the-job learning to develop your knowledge & skills.
