About the Opportunity

This 2-week programme is designed to support candidates to gain employment with Firstsource Solutions working in partnership with NOW (formerly known as NowTV) as a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor .

This will be a remote, home-working role and the employer will provide you with all the equipment and training you’ll need to be successful from your own home.

After completing a short skills course and achieving your L1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre Operations our team will help you prepare for a guaranteed interview with Firstsource Solutions working in partnership with NOW as a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor .

The job role:

  • Working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 11pm Monday to Sunday – You will work fixed days which may also include weekends.
  • You’ll join the inbound customer service team, who are the first point of contact for customers.
  • Every day will be different, but you will always be the friendly voice that welcomes and supports customers, talking them through different products and any details about their accounts.
  • You’ll speak to a variety of different customers, who will be asking you a range of questions.
  • You’ll also need to support customers who might be having technical issues, so you’ll need to be able to talk through steps with your customers to resolve them.
