This 2-week programme is designed to support candidates to gain employment with Firstsource Solutions working in partnership with NOW (formerly known as NowTV) as a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor .
This will be a remote, home-working role and the employer will provide you with all the equipment and training you’ll need to be successful from your own home.
After completing a short skills course and achieving your L1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre Operations our team will help you prepare for a guaranteed interview with Firstsource Solutions working in partnership with NOW as a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor .
The job role:
Working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 11pm Monday to Sunday – You will work fixed days which may also include weekends.
You’ll join the inbound customer service team, who are the first point of contact for customers.
Every day will be different, but you will always be the friendly voice that welcomes and supports customers, talking them through different products and any details about their accounts.
You’ll speak to a variety of different customers, who will be asking you a range of questions.
You’ll also need to support customers who might be having technical issues, so you’ll need to be able to talk through steps with your customers to resolve them.
Annual salary of £19,773 with fortnightly pay + bonus opportunities.
