The Business Development Manager will engage with all parties to ensure business targets are reached and maximised against contractual learner volume profiles. The role will undertake development activities and support business opportunities and plans in line with company goals, implementing engagement plans and reporting via various forums on pipeline activity.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Promoting and communicating the Complete Sills Solutions offer
- Employability Programmes and any other elements within the business remit
- Achieving monthly sales targets in line with the annual business plan and targets
- Generating accurate sales reports for own area of activity
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders including employers, referral agents and end-point clients
