The duration of our courses varies depending on their nature. While some of our shorter courses span one week, we also offer longer courses that can last up to 11 weeks.

Each skills training opportunity has a different eligibility criteria.

However, as we predominantly operate in Liverpool City Region, to be eligible you must meet the region’s eligibility. Such as: being aged 19-years or older, unemployed in receipt of benefits or employed earning less than £31,600.40.

No. Whilst some of our programmes, like Apprenticeships, have automatic placements, other skills training courses connect you to employers for guaranteed interviews. We work in partnership with the employers to identify the knowledge, skills and behaviours they require in their workforce. Therefore, you have a much higher chance of securing employment after completing a course with us.

Annually, 86% of our learners secure a positive outcome, with some of our courses ending with all learners securing employment.

Yes! There is no cost to you, the learner. The cost of training courses are funded through a number initiatives by Government and partner organisations. For instance, the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s ‘Adult Education Budget’, People Plus and ESF Directions all offer huge support to learners.

We have a number of referral partners like Job Centre Plus, Housing Associations, Probation Services, local Community Centres and Charities. These organisations help to connect people to our training opportunities.
