Working in partnership for the benefit of individuals

We have established a strong working relationship with a range of Housing Associations in the areas where we operate, working with them to support local people access new skills and qualifications to help them secure employment. Many of our training courses have guaranteed job interviews at the end, making us an ideal partner for local Housing Associations who have a social responsibility to help their tenants positively engage with training and employment.

Our Learner Engagement Team work collaboratively with Housing Associations to support their clients. From holding targeted open days, to attending events, our friendly team enjoy being on the ground, meeting potential new learners and getting a better feel for how our curriculum offer, which is designed around local employer and skill demand, can really benefit them.

Our curriculum offer aims to:

  • Plan clear progression routeways by developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to guide our learners though their chosen path
  • Have a purpose and will have a sequence of teaching and learning to build on what learners already know and can do
  • Address social disadvantage through the curriculum, ensuring it is truly equitable and challenging for all learners, regardless of background.
  • address gaps in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills at the earliest opportunity, to ensure all learners can access all areas of the curriculum as they progress through their pathways.

Funded training opportunities aligned to skill need

At Complete Skills Solutions, we offer a range of funded training routes for individuals aged 19+.

We offer fully funded short courses in Construction, Warehousing and Logistics, Digital Contact Centre, Education and Beauty and Barbering. We also deliver ESOL and Functional Skills.

Most of our short courses are funded via the Adult Skills Fund (via the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority). Our Skills Bootcamps are funded via the Department for Education’s National Skills Fund. Eligibility applies to our training.

Thanks to our close employer links, many of our short courses have guaranteed job interviews at the end. Where this isn’t the case, we work with our learners to try and identify the best progression route for them.
