Job Centre

Our core curriculum is built around the skills need of the Liverpool City Region and beyond. Via the Adult Education Budget (AEB), we are able to offer a wealth of short courses, many of which are connected to live job vacancies with leading employers at the end.

Our team have already established strong relationships with many job centres across the city, but if we aren’t already in your job centre, be sure to drop us a line and one of our friendly team will be in touch to discuss the next steps.

Sector-Based Work Academies Programme (SWAP)

We take a collaborative approach to working with employers to develop courses that are aligned to the skills shortages of the region, and as such, we offer many of our courses as sector-based work academy programmes (SWAP). As part of these courses, we give learners:

• Sector specific pre-employment training
• A guaranteed job interview upon successful completion of the course
• A short work placement

We have had many brilliant successes with SWAPs and our wider training offer. You can meet some of our learners below.

We provide fully-funded skills training courses, teaching you the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to secure employment. We work with nationally recognised employers to identify the qualities they want to see in their workforce. Many of our skills courses lead to job opportunities through guaranteed interviews, placements and apprenticeships.
