Independent training provider, Complete Skills Solutions, has bolstered their training offer, having recently secured multiple contracts to deliver Skills Bootcamps. The skills led training programme, which are designed to help plug local skills shortage and meet employer demand, will run in Leicester, Liverpool and Cheshire and Warrington.
Backed by the Department for Education, Skills Bootcamps form a key part of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) strategy, placing employer needs at the heart of skills planning. The model supports national goals to level up opportunity across regions, address acute shortages in sectors like construction, logistics and digital, and help adults progress or switch careers.
Employers can access the programmes to upskill existing staff or recruit trained, job-ready candidates, while learners gain practical, hands-on training, new skills and sector-specific support to boost confidence and career progression.
