High-quality apprenticeships are built on an agreed partnership: A business who will employ and support an apprentice to the completion of their training, and an apprentice who is motivated to learn and work diligently to succeed. We’re currently delivering Team Leader/Supervisor and Teaching Assistant apprenticeship programmes—helping you training

Our fully funded apprenticeships helps you attract and train the best talent, providing your business or education setting with team members who know your ways of working inside-out and are ready and capable to dive into a Team Leader or Teaching Assistant role in your organisation upon completing their training with you.

We’ll develop your colleagues’ skills and knowledge, and enhance their understanding of the specific responsibilities, traits, essentials and legalities associated with the role they’re working towards.

Apprenticeships are a great way to bring new talent into your organisation or develop your existing colleagues. They are flexibly delivered and are delivered over a minimum of 12 months, and up to 18 months. In addition to gaining the theoretical elements of the role and subject specific knowledge, they also enable practical application of the theory.

For an in-depth overview of what’s involved in an apprenticeship, have a read of the below and get in touch with our team who can go over all of the details with you:

Depending on the size of your organisation, you will either be on a co-investment payment model or will fund the apprenticeship through the Apprenticeship Levy.

If your annual wage bill is £3 million or less, then you do not pay into the levy and will need to fund just 5% of the costs of training. The Government funds the other 95%. The full cost of the apprenticeship is £7,000, meaning your contribution would be £350 if you don’t have access to the levy.

Our Teaching Assistant apprenticeship is ideal for your Teaching Assistants who have little or no experience of working within an educational setting. Additional support roles such as Pastoral Mentors may also benefit from this qualification, as some modules can be tailored.

Our Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship is the perfect training for anyone who will be moving into a leadership role, or anyone who is currently Team Leader or Supervisor but lacks essential training. This apprenticeship is suitable for any business across any sector!

Our Skills Coaches deliver a blended approach of learning and coaching to provide all the resources your apprentice employee needs.

Our intuitive e-portfolio and learner management platform will enable you, as well as your apprentices, to access their work anytime and anywhere to flexibly fit around their working life.
