About the Opportunity

For Test & Learn – Introducing our accelerated learning opportunity: the ESOL Intensive Program. Designed to empower learners who seek to enhance their English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) skills within a condensed timeframe, this program is tailor-made to cultivate rapid progress in reading and writing capabilities. By addressing the core components of language proficiency, our program opens doors to swift advancement in suitable vocational courses.
At the heart of this initiative lies a commitment to bridging language barriers and empowering individuals to thrive in vocational endeavours. With a strategic emphasis on reading and writing skills, participants will embark on an intensive journey that swiftly hones their abilities in comprehending written material, as well as effectively expressing themselves in writing.
For None Test and Learn– Speaking, reading and writing at Entry levels to enable access to vocational courses at Level 1
A programme to support learners who require ESOL in a short intensive time period, focusing predominantly on reading and writing skills, to allow learners to progress as quickly as possible onto suitable vocational courses.
For Test & Learn the course content includes:
- Reading to obtain information: (6 days)
- Read and understand short, straightforward texts on familiar topics accurately and independently
- Read and obtain information from everyday sources.
- Writing to convey information: (7 days) – write to communicate information and opinions with some adaptation to the intended audience.
For None Test & Learn the course content includes:
- Award in ESOL Skills of Life (S&L)(E3)
- Award in ESOL Skills of Life (S&L)(E2)
- Award in ESOL Skills of Life (S&L)(E1)
- Award in ESOL Skills of Life (Reading)(E2)
- Award in ESOL Skills of Life (Reading)(E1)
- Award in ESOL Skills of Life (Writing)(E3)
- Award in ESOL Skills of Life (Writing)(E2)
- Award in ESOL Skills of Life (Writing)(E1)

- If employed must be in receipt of low wages (lower than £31,600.40 and able to evidence this)
