Adult Education and Training Provider, Complete Skills Solutions (CSS) has announced a partnership with Job Centre Plus (JCP), and Stafforce, that will see them deliver training and development opportunities to people in the Liverpool City Region (LCR). The newly announced partnership will see all three businesses work collaboratively to provide a skilled and robust workforce to one of CSS’ long-term employer partners.
The partnership will allow the training provider to offer 10 learners a month the opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge, with a guaranteed interview available upon course completion. Operating monthly, CSS, JCP, and Stafforce will hold open days to identify potential learners for the course, which will last for three weeks. Any learners who are not eligible for this course will be signposted to one of the many other courses available with CSS, with everything from Construction to Health and Social Care courses available.
Advanced Fully-Funded Training
The three-week course will see learners cover modules in, Working at Height with Manual Handling, Confined Spaces, and Sea Survival. All courses will be facilitated by Complete Skills Solutions sister company Complete Training Solutions (CTS). Both CSS and CTS are part of The Progress Group and provide training and development opportunities to learners aged 18 to 65 across the two providers.
Available to people in the Liverpool City Region, the course is fully funded and gives individuals the chance to develop their skills and knowledge. At the end, they will have a guaranteed interview with a local leading infrastructure, transport, and real-estate company.
