Complete Skills Solutions, a leading provider of adult education, are once again celebrating after being re-accredited as a Matrix approved provider.
The accolade, which is only given to organisations who are committed to providing high-quality information, advice, and support, was awarded to Complete Skills Solutions (CSS) following an assessment from an independent auditor. This assessment consisted of a thorough independent evaluation of the services offered by CSS against a set of criteria, focusing on areas such as service delivery and a dedication to continuous improvement, as well as a deep dive into their policies, procedures, and an onsite assessment. During the assessment, the assessor observed and interviewed members of the team, as well as those taking part in their courses.
The assessor remarked about CSS’s many strengths such as their partnership with Biffa and the amazing work they have accomplished by setting up courses with Community Shops throughout the Liverpool City region. Through this, CSS have established a strong community presence, reflected by the learners that take part.
The Matrix assessor commented in the published report that “the support provided by all staff is of high quality.” The report went on to say that, in addition to their incredible efforts in tutoring and offering support, the learners also “recognise the helpfulness and friendliness of managers and other staff in supporting them in dealing with their learning, their confidence, and any practical issues that they may face.”
