Recruit our qualified learners, or upskill your teachers and carers with SEND & Autism training

Teaching Assistant with student

Every educational setting includes children with learning difficulties and differences. But do all of these children feel included?

Every pupil deserves the proper support they need, which is why our current Level 3 qualification offering includes fully funded SEND and Autism training.

We understand that improving Ofsted reports and providing inclusive, individualised support to each student is firmly on the radar of every education or care setting that works with children and young people.

Which is why our courses are developed by sector specialists who know what best practice looks like. With trainers who will help your teams to deliver outstanding education and care to children across the Liverpool City Region.

Achieving a diploma certificate in Autism or SEND doesn’t only elevate the care and education your business can offer, but also provides your people with continued professional development and the ability to progress or specialise within the sector.

All about our courses

A Level 3 qualification is equivalent to an A-Level, which UK students will often achieve in a College / Sixth Form setting. It’s also known as a Diploma.

College students will often need to study for 2 years to get their A-Levels. But our Level 3 SEND & Autism courses take 12 weeks to complete, which makes them the ideal choice for employees who need to fit their learning around their existing jobs.

Achieving a Level 3 certificate also provides UCAS points that learners can put towards University entry if that’s something they are working towards.

Our Level 3 courses are fully funded via the UK government’s ‘free courses for jobs’ initiative, which exists to train people in new and enhanced skills that are valuable to employers like you.

We recommend the Level 3 SEND and Autism training to any businesses and organisations who support children or young people in any capacity.

Your employees may be in roles such as Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Childminder, Youth Worker, Nurse, Pediatrician or School Counsellor.

You shouldn’t only consider this training if you specialise in supporting children with known special educational needs and learning difficulties. All children learn differently, and all classrooms and groups of young people will include kids who have certain needs – even if their parents aren’t aware. Every individual deserves to be educated and cared for by professionals who have the skills, knowledge and awareness to support them properly when the need arises. Which is why this level of training is essential in our eyes.

Our experienced trainers deliver the courses on a 1:1 basis – meeting with each learner face-to-face virtually to provide individualised support and training.

Delivery is also flexible! We’ll work with you and our trainers to make sure that sessions take place on dates and times that work well for everyone’s schedules.

Our courses are developed by sector specialists who know what best practice looks like; with trainers who know how to to deliver outstanding education and care to children.

We don’t believe in learning that simply ticks boxes, so our trainers engage practitioners in learning that is inspirational, challenging, and reflective of up-to-date outlooks and research.
